| Türkçe Özet | Bu çalışmanın genel amacı, günümüz örgütleri için ciddi bir tehdit unsuru olarak görülen psikolojik şiddet (mobbing) ile tükenmişlik sendromu arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir.Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, mobbing kavramının tanımı, tarihçesi, önemi, ortaya çıkış nedenleri, görüldüğü alanlar, hukuksal boyutu ve mücadele yöntemleri ele alınmıştır.İkinci bölümde, tükenmişlik kavramının tanımı, boyutları, evreleri, belirtileri, tükenmişlik modelleri, tükenmişliği etkileyen faktörler, sonuçları ve başa çıkma yolları açıklanmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde, Kars ilinde faaliyet gösteren banka şubelerinde çalışan 127 çalışanla, mobbing ile tükenmişlik kavramları arasında ilişki olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla bir araştırma yapılmış ve bu araştırmayla ilgili bulgulara yer verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Mobbing, Tükenmişlik Sendromu, Banka, Kars |
| İlgilizce Özet | The general puspose of this study is that state the relation between psychologic violence and burnout syndrome which is serious problem for organization.This study consists of three sections. In the first section, the definition of the concept of mobbing, its brief history and its importance, the reasons how it came out, areas where it shows up, its legal dimension and its struggling ways have been mentioned. In the second section, definition of the concept of burnout, its dimensions, phases and indications, burnout models, the factors affecting the burnout, its consequences and dealing ways have been explained. In the third section, a research, with 127 workers who work at banking branches operating in Kars province, has been carried out with the aim of determining as to whether there is a relationship between the concepts of mobbing and burnout and the findings regarding this research have been addressed.
