| Türkçe Özet | Endüstri 4.0, üretim sistemleri ve bağlantılı tüm sektörlerde önemli bir dijital dönüşümün başlamasına sebep olmuştur. Üretim süreçlerinin ayrılmaz bir parçası olan lojistik faaliyetler de bu dönüşüm sürecinden önemli ölçüde etkilenmektedir. Lojistik iş süreçlerinde Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin kullanımı sonucu lojistik faaliyetlerdeki teknolojik dönüşümü tanımlayan Lojistik 4.0 kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır.Teknolojik dönüşüm devrimi ile ortaya çıkan Lojistik 4.0 kavramının Türkiye Lojistik Sektörü açısından değerlendirilmesini amaçlayan bu çalışma, nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma desenli bir yönteme sahiptir. Nicel araştırma boyutunda belirlenmiş olan `Teknolojik Dönüşüm Bileşeni` ile `Lojistik Performans Endeksi` değişken setleri kullanılarak Türkiye'nin OECD ülkeleri içerisindeki konumu kümeleme analizi ile tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca iki değişken seti arasındaki ilişkilerin tespit edilmesi amacıyla kanonik korelasyon analizi yapılarak, lojistik faaliyetlerde teknoloji kullanımının lojistik performansa etki düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın nitel boyutunda ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak lojistik sektörü temsilcileri, lojistikte teknolojik dönüşüm konusunda uzman akademisyenler ve teknolojik dönüşüm uzmanı profesyoneller ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen nitel veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve Türkiye Lojistik Sektörünün Lojistik 4.0 teknolojik dönüşümü konusunda mevcut durumu, potansiyeli ve fırsatları değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmalar ile lojistik potansiyeli ve kabiliyetleri önemli ölçüde yüksek olan Türkiye'nin teknolojik dönüşüm konusundaki yol haritasına katkı sunmak amaçlanmış ve bu doğrultuda elde edilen sonuçlar sunulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar, Türkiye'nin bölgesinde önemli bir lojistik ülkesi olma hedefine teknolojik dönüşüm faaliyetlerini hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirmesi sonucu kolay bir şekilde ulaşabileceğini göstermektedir. |
| İlgilizce Özet | Industry 4.0 has led to an important digital transformation in production systems and all related sectors. Logistics activities, which are an integral part of production processes, are also significantly affected by this transformation process. Logistics 4.0 concept, which defines the technological transformation in logistics activities, has emerged as a result of the use of Industry 4.0 technologies in logistics business processes.This study aiming the evaluation of Logistics 4.0 concept which has emerged with the technological transformation revolution, in terms of the Turkish Logistics Sector, uses a mixed method that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods.In the quantitative research dimension, `Technological Transformation Composition` and `Logistics Performance Index`variable sets were used in order to determine Turkey's position in the OECD countriesthrough cluster analysis.In addition, canonical correlation analysis was performed in order to determine the relationships between the two sets of variables, and the level of the effect of technology use on logistics performance in logistics activities was determined.In the qualitative aspect of the research, by using a semi-structured interview form, interviews were conducted with representatives of the logistics sector, academicians who specialize in technological transformation in logistics, and technological transformation professionals.The qualitative data obtained were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method and the current status, potential and opportunities of the Turkish Logistics Sector in terms of Logistics 4.0 technological transformation were evaluated. The main purpose of the study is to contribute to Turkey's roadmap on technological transformation, which is a country with high promising logistics potential and ability, and results obtained are presented in this direction. The results show that Turkey will reach its goal of becoming a major logistics country in its region provided that it quickly carries out technological transformation activities. |
