| Having recourse to the language processes such as the puns, the neologism or the taking literally, Boris Vian, the nonconformist author of the twentieth century makes use of language not only to destroy the conformist ways but also to create an euphoric world. Owing to the language, the author breaks down the traditional and literary values, creates heaven and hell or follows one’s deep impulses. The transfiguration of words, the distressing and carnival language and the specificity of individual words provide the author’s using language more effective than the act and give to the constants of world an exceptional width and vivacity. |
