Özet
We aimed a novel electrochemical sensor based on iron nanoparticles (FeNPs) and 2-aminoethanethiol (2-AET) functionalized graphene oxide (2-AETGO). The methods such as transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), reflection-absorption infrared spectroscopy (RAIRS), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and the x-ray diffraction (XRD) method were used for the characterizations of nanocomposites. The linearity and the detection limit of quercetin (QR) were 1.0×10-8 - 1.0×10-7 M and 2.0×10-9 M, respectively. The modified glassy carbon electrode (FeNPs/2-AETGO/GCE) was applied to the determination of QR in food sample such as apple juice.
