Özet
The aim of this study is to find out whether there is a meaningful difference between the opinions of administrators and teachers of primary school concerning who will be responsible for evaluating the performance of the administrators of primary schools of National Ministry of Education (MoNE), how often the performance of the administrators of primary schools of MoNE will be evaluated, what will be the criteria while evaluating the performance of the administrators of MoNE primary schools, what are the factors which reduce the performance, the approaches which should be taken into consideration during the evaluation, where the results of the performance evalution will be used. The study group is consisted of 39 administrators and 73 teachers of primary schools in Kars totally 112 participant. The scale of this study is improved by Oğuz (2002; 2006).
