Özet |
The purpose of the presented study is to determine Turkish primary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational trust. The participants in the study were 469 primary school teachers from seven regions of Turkey. The data were collected via an Organizational Trust Scale. Data analysis was performed with the use of descriptive statistics, t test, one way-ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis H Test and Pearson Products-Momentus Correlation. |
