Özet
Discussion: In FBP1 deficiency, prolonged hunger, infections, vomiting, and food intake containing large amounts of fructose may cause attacks. Various clinical symptoms can be seen during attacks, ranging from apnea, seizures, to coma. Laboratory tests reveal hypoglycemia, lactate elevation, and metabolic acidosis. Bone marrow suppression in episodes of FBP deficiency has not been previously described.Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired bleeding disorder and is frequently seen in childhood. There is an excessive immune response against circulating platelets. Autoantibodies and CD8 and T cells can cause it. Viral infections such as CMV, EBV, Parvovirus, Measles and rubella can often cause ITP.
