| Amid the COVID-19 pandemic’s global upheaval, educational entities transitioned from in-person to remote learning to mitigate virus spread. This unexpected transition reshaped education, prompting the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) to adopt online teaching approaches. This study investigated the use of information and communication technology (ICT) by pre-service preschool teachers at a university in crafting a blog to enlighten preschoolers and parents on pandemic-related matters. The research analysed the blog design involving 48 pre-service teachers from the preschool education programme over 2019–2020 and 2020–2021.
