| Özet |
| Results showed that none of the raw milk samples complied with the criteria specified in Cow Milk (Raw) Standard-TS 1018 in terms of the total number of mesophilic aerobic bacteria. In addition, E. coli was detected in 26 (34.67%) samples and cogulase positive S. aureus was found in 25 (33.33%) samples. The 15 (20%) samples examined were dry matter, pH, acidity value (lactic asid), non-oily dry matter, specific gravity, carbonate, salicylic acid; it was observed that none of the 75 (100%) samples complied with the limits in terms of freezing point analysis. Frequent inspections of street milk, which are sold unpackaged, are very important for the protection of public health, both for the protection of human health and the production of products suitable for technology. |
