Özet |
We have read with great interest the recent article titled “Physician vs. AI-generated messages in urology: evaluation of accuracy, completeness, and preference by patients and physicians” by Robinson et al.[1]. This well-conducted study provides valuable insights into the potential integration of AI-driven chatbots for clinical communication in urology, particularly for common benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)-related patient questions. While the authors highlight significant findings regarding the comparative performance of chatbots and human urologists in terms of accuracy, completeness, and tone, we believe that additional factors influencing chatbot responses warrant further discussion.Firstly, the study primarily evaluates chatbot outputs based on a standardized set of BPH-related questions.
