| Özet |
| The structural, mechanical, tribological, and other properties of materials fabricated through laser-based powder bed fusion are strongly influenced by the process parameters and manufacturing strategies. Understanding and managing the impact of manufacturing parameters on material qualities is crucial for optimizing production conditions and minimizing waste. This work aimed to detect the most suitable parameters that meet performance criteria for the production of AlSi7Mg alloy using laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). The parameters of laser power, scanning speed, and hatch spacing were examined experimentally. Throughout the experiments, the layer thickness was maintained at the same level. Hatch spacing ranged from 30 to 90 pct, and 10 different laser scanning rates and 5 different laser powers were evaluated. After investigating the structural, mechanical, and tribological properties of the samples … |
