| Artificial intelligence (AI) is profoundly transforming the institutional, epistemic, and operational foundations of diplomacy and international decision-making. This study conceptualizes algorithmic diplomacy as the systematic integration of machine learning, big-data analytics, and predictive algorithms into the formulation of foreign policy, crisis assessment, and diplomatic communication. Employing a qualitative, conceptual-comparative research design, the study is supported by structured secondary document analysis of official AI strategies and policy frameworks developed by the European Union, China, Türkiye, and the United Nations. Through this comparative lens, the research examines how AI-driven systems reshape key dimensions of global governance, including strategic autonomy, transparency, ethical accountability, and decision-making authority.
