| Özet |
| The main aim of this study is to develop a reliable and valid scale measuring the organizational identity perceptions of teachers at schools at elementary schools. The study has been carried out as a survey model to develop" the Scale of Organizational Identity Perception at Elementary Schools" for the teachers working at elementary schools. The study group of the study consisted of a total of 352 primary school teachers, 152 of whom were in Kars province, 100 in Igdir and 100 of whom were in Ardahan province. In this study, in order to determine the structural validity of" the Scale of the Perception of Organizational Identity at Elementary Schools" exploratory factor analysis based on the principal component analysis was employed.
