Özet
Myxomas are the most common cardiac primary tumors; however, left ventricular myxomas are extremely rare. We describe a young female patient with a giant left ventricular myxoma causing partial obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, who underwent successful surgical resection. Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography yielded incremental value to two-dimensional echocardiography by allowing better assess of the true size, extent, attachment, and morphology of the tumor. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
