Özet
This study was conducted to define the effects of different enzyme levels on live weight gain, feed consuming, feed conversion efficiency, carcass dressing percentage, and biochemical parameters of serum in Japanese quails which were fed wheat and barley based diet. Two hundred Japanese quail chicks (Coturnix coturnix japonica) were used in the study. Animals divided into 4 for groups (1 control and 3 trials). Each group was divided into 2 replicate groups containing 25 chicks. Control group was fed only concentrate but 500, 1000 and 1500 ppm enzyme were added to diet of groups 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Study was lasted 5 weeks. According to results, there were not any statistical difference among the groups in terms of live weight, dressing percentage, serum glucose, cholesterol, total protein, triglyceride and albumin levels.
