| Özet |
| In this study, a novel organic semiconductor material, denoted as FDBN, was designed, synthesized, and thoroughly characterized based on an acceptor–π–acceptor (A–π–A) molecular architecture. In the proposed framework, a diphenyldibenzofulvene core serves as the π-conjugated backbone and bridging unit, while cyano groups act as strong electron-accepting moieties. FDBN was prepared via a concise two-step synthetic sequence involving a Corey–Fuchs transformation followed by a Pd-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. The molecular structure of the target material was unambiguously confirmed by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, FT-IR, and mass spectrometry. Additionally, the film properties of FDBN were systematically investigated for potential photodetector applications. SEM and AFM images revealed the presence of grain-like features and domain … |
