| Özet |
| The current study is carried out to examine the connections between job satisfaction of teachers and perceived organization politics, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through structural equation modeling. It, thus, goes into both the direct and indirect effects of these variables, which is the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is utilized in the methodology section to assess the data on the high number of teachers, which allows conducting a thorough evaluation of how political conditions in the educational settings influence the level of professional satisfaction of teachers and their readiness to go beyond the boundaries of their professional responsibilities in order to do additional work.
